This time i’m going to be telling you about the fat burning program that best worked for me, and how and why i decided to follow this steps.
Like i did, you´re probably looking for the best exercise to reduce hips, so let me tell you something you might relate to, how i touched bottom and found an awesome solution which involves doing the minimal things but in the right way.
My problem began a while ago, at first i never really used to care much for it, but then it kind of started getting worse, i was going to the beach and feeling a little ashamed of myself and only because my friends were all so fit, i didn’t like to wear wet suits, i hated it. So, i also started having issues with my girlfriend, i didn’t feel she was very attracted to me anymore, i needed to find a good exercise to reduce hips, something, i started getting desperate, i hated the mirror and i didn’t want to start hating myself, i needed a body makeover, some slimming solutions, diets to lose weight, whatever.
I putted my mind upon actually finding a solution a good exercise to reduce hips, the first thing i did was to simply join a gym, and i really kept my promise on going every day after work, but results were so slow, and it took so much time of my life going there, that didn’t really worked for me, and i wasn’t doing the best workouts.
Sitting in front of the TV one day, i saw an infomercial about a “miracle product”, i picked up the phone and ordered it, i was so excited, i started taking those pills, and you guessed it right, it didn’t work either. Men i hated those pills.
Next thing i did was buy some weights to lift, and joined a Yoga class (my girlfriend suggested it haha, and well she was the main reason i wanted to get slim and lose weight fast) that helped a little, but didn’t give me the results i was hoping when searching for lower body workouts and a way to also reduce cellulite. Diets, another hateful, HATEFUL thing, and not very healthy.
I was at the mercy of the diet industry, and the truth is, they actually need you to stay fat, if you find the best exercise to reduce hips, get slim and lose some weight, they actually lose a customer. When i figured that out i started to lose hope.

It turns out that when you do all what you’ve heard on losing weight and weight, you are actually losing water on your body, that is why you think you have lost weight but you actually look the same, the key is on losing fat, making your body consume it, and the way rob showed me seemed the opposite of what i had done so far, he called it the Fat Burning Furnace he told me all this stuff about properly making your body burn it’s own fat, and using fat as a main source of energy without having to do all the hard workouts other people believe are needed.
