Exercise to reduce hips – What finally worked for me

Hello there, welcome again to another post. If you have follow my recent post you would know that after trying countless options and exercise to reduce hips i was introduced to a plan called the fat burning furnace which looked very promising but I was very skeptical about, I tried it out and I’m giving my review on it now. if you would like to see both what i liked and disliked, click here.

This time i’m going to be telling you about the fat burning program that best worked for me, and how and why i decided to follow this steps.

Like i did, you´re probably looking for the best exercise to reduce hips, so let me tell you something you might relate to, how i touched bottom and found an awesome solution which involves doing the minimal things but in the right way.

My problem began a while ago, at first i never really used to care much for it, but then it kind of started getting worse, i was going to the beach and feeling a little ashamed of myself and only because my friends were all so fit, i didn’t like to wear wet suits, i hated it. So, i also started having issues with my girlfriend, i didn’t feel she was very attracted to me anymore, i needed to find a good exercise to reduce hips, something, i started getting desperate, i hated the mirror and i didn’t want to start hating myself, i needed a body makeover, some slimming solutions, diets to lose weight, whatever.

I putted my mind upon actually finding a solution a good exercise to reduce hips, the first thing i did was to simply join a gym, and i really kept my promise on going every day after work, but results were so slow, and it took so much time of my life going there, that didn’t really worked for me, and i wasn’t doing the best workouts.

Sitting in front of the TV one day, i saw an infomercial about a “miracle product”, i picked up the phone and ordered it, i was so excited, i started taking those pills, and you guessed it right, it didn’t work either. Men i hated those pills.

Next thing i did was buy some weights to lift, and joined a Yoga class (my girlfriend suggested it haha, and well she was the main reason i wanted to get slim and lose weight fast) that helped a little, but didn’t give me the results i was hoping when searching for lower body workouts and a way to also reduce cellulite. Diets, another hateful, HATEFUL thing, and not very healthy.

I was at the mercy of the diet industry, and the truth is, they actually need you to stay fat, if you find the best exercise to reduce hips, get slim and lose some weight, they actually lose a customer. When i figured that out i started to lose hope.

It turns out that when you do all what you’ve heard on losing weight and weight, you are actually losing water on your body, that is why you think you have lost weight but you actually look the same, the key is on losing fat, making your body consume it, and the way rob showed me seemed the opposite of what i had done so far, he called it the Fat Burning Furnace he told me all this stuff about properly making your body burn it’s own fat, and using fat as a main source of energy without having to do all the hard workouts other people believe are needed.

Reduce fat from hips

In order to understand how this is properly done, we need to know how our body consumes energy and which the sources are. When we do workouts our body starts consuming three main energy sources, carbohydrates, protein and fat, since our goal would be to reduce fat from hips we must learn how to use our body fat as the main energy burning source. This is why you have probably heard a lot about the infamous carbs diet, which is based on keeping carbohydrates low in our body so we make it easier for it to find our fat and burn it, using it as energy. But having a low carbs diet can be harmful long term speaking and not very wise when trying to reduce fat from hips or doing a plan on some exercise to reduce hips. Also this is the reason why athletes that need to stay in specific shape put so much emphasis on eating carbs and avoids using their fat as an energy source, in our case is the opposite.

Proteins are the main body building source and are often find on meats and plants in a less quantity, carbohydrates and calories are the major energy source and foods like pasta, bread, rice, potato etc. are one of the more common ones used by people every day.

Yoga exercises

Even though Yoga exercise didn’t actually helped me as an exercise to reduce hips on a great deal, it did improved my cardio, so i decided to write a post only on this subject. I learned how to breath better and concentrate on not letting my subconsciousness to take over me and giving up on hard workouts, one of my hobbies is surfing, and if you wipe out on a big wave you better know how to control your impulse and remain calm, Yoga exercises do this for me, now i repeat, this didn’t quiet helped me with my hips (i’ll post on the great solution i found in a later article so be patient), but its good for your mind,  actually is one of the best exercise i found overall to keep me busy on rainy days.

Now, at the beginning i was very skeptical  about yoga exercises and exercise to reduce tummy and hips, i didn’t know what to expect form it, many of my friends encouraged me to try it out, so i did, it didn’t solved my main problem, but it did teach me a great deal of things about fitness on the field of mind control, i thought  i was going to get a super flat belly, abs and that it would be the best workouts for my appearance, it wasn’t, but i liked it.

Exercise to reduce hips – The Overall

Having issues with your weight can be a real nightmare, being lost and at the mercy of the diet – weight loss industries, in our case not knowing witch could be the best exercise to reduce hips, is it going to the gym? is it trying different products? listening to the TV? how am i going to reduce cellulite on my body? Everyone has his own opinion ( don´t we all?) about solutions. I just want to shear what truly after hours and hours of hard work and trying different things actually worked for me on my quest to succeed on my body makeover mission, i hope my results ( i would call it miracle results, because i only stumbled upon this solution) give you happiness on your search for a solution.
